Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a STEM discipline and 5 years' related experience.
• Experience in project/program management, IPT lead, capture efforts, or business management in aerospace production.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Experience supporting proposal efforts, operating budgets, or program budgets.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.

• Cultivate customer relationships and develop opportunities within the customer community.
• Develop long-term strategic plans, capture plans, and proposals.
• Establish a program organization addressing customer requirements and internal sub-organizations.
• Lead cross-functional IPTs to meet cost, schedule, and technical goals.
• Measure and report program performance and deliver presentations to stakeholders.
• Negotiate contracts, changes, budgets, and schedules with customers and suppliers.
• Set design concepts and engineering efforts for product development and integration.
