Job summary

Qualifications

• BS/MS/PhD in an engineering discipline with 8–12+ years in aerospace/defense experience
• Experience as an IPT Lead or CAM on system programs
• Experience 3+ years in a product production environment
• Proven RCCA process experience and execution
• Strong leadership and ability to mentor senior engineers and influence cross-functional decisions

Responsibilities

• Direct a cross-functional IPT to deliver high-performance missile systems on time and within budget
• Lead RCCA investigations and manage CDRL, ERBs, and CRBs coordination
• Produce and synchronize EAC reports; coordinate with IPTs on budget
• Review baseline designs and verify configuration changes across ERBs, CRBs, SCCB
• Lead system reviews and support program management briefings
