Collins Aerospace, part of RTX, is hiring a Program Manager to lead Galley Inserts programs onsite in Lenexa, KS. You will build program plans, schedules, and budgets, manage risks, and drive execution with cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes adherence to RTX and Collins PM policies, cost control, and leadership communication across stakeholders. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Requires a University Degree and 5+ years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with 3+ years of experience.
• U.S. citizenship or eligibility required to access program information.
• Experience managing aerospace/defense programs or portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Lead medium-size programs, ensuring adherence to plans, schedules, and budgets while managing risks.
• Direct the program management team and allocate resources for on-time, on-budget execution.
• Set cost- and schedule-focused targets and drive performance to meet them.
• Monitor expenditures, review forecasts, and analyze/report variances to plan.
• Consolidate status inputs and prepare leadership briefings on program health.
• Collaborate with customers and respond to action items; negotiate contracts and changes.
