Job summary

Crane Aerospace and Electronics is seeking a Program Manager in Elyria, OH to lead cross functional teams across engineering, operations, and supply chain from proposal through production readiness. You will manage scope, cost, and schedule while coordinating with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure successful program execution.

The role requires 5+ years in program management in aerospace or related industries, with strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Program Management or related project management position.
• Experience in automotive, aerospace or medical industries preferred.
• Strong leadership and planning abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cross functional teams from proposal to production readiness.
• Coordinate IPTs and ensure product designs meet cost and schedule targets.
• Manage scope, changes, risks, and customer communications.
• Develop detailed program plans and monitor progress against milestones.
• Oversee transition to production and ensure successful production readiness reviews.
