Job summary

Qarbon Aerospace seeks a Program Cost Analyst to support program and manufacturing costs, contribute to forecasts, and connect production data to program-level reporting. This individual contributor role collaborates with program, operations, and finance leadership to explain what a program costs and why it moves.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance/Business Admin and 3–7 years of cost accounting or financial analysis experience, preferably in regulated manufacturing.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of cost accounting or financial analysis experience, ideally in aerospace/defense manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of cost accounting and EAC principles.
• U.S. Person status required (ITAR/EAR); no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Administer assigned program cost and prepare fiscal forecasts.
• Review program spend and compare to forecasts; investigate variances.
• Analyze manufacturing cost data and reconcile ERP/MRP with GL.
