Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Program Management, or related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in program controls, schedule risk analysis, quantitative risk analysis, or related aerospace/defense work.
• Strong understanding of CPM scheduling, Monte Carlo simulation, three-point estimating, distributions, and schedule risk analysis.
• Familiarity with EVM/EVMS, DCMA schedule practices, and NDIA PASEG.
• Experience with quantitative risk-analysis tools (Deltek Acumen Risk, Safran Risk, RiskyProject, Primavera Risk Analysis).

Aufgaben

• Plan and conduct Schedule Risk Assessments (SRA) using Monte Carlo and industry practices.
• Develop and maintain SRA models based on the Integrated Master Schedule.
• Coordinate three-point estimates and rationale with task owners and program managers.
• Incorporate risk events, probabilities and consequences into models.
• Perform P50/P80 analyses, milestone probability analyses, sensitivity analyses, and Tornado charts.
• Identify activities and risks with greatest impact on milestones.
• Evaluate schedule margin adequacy and forecast risk-based schedules.
• Support development of mitigation strategies and quantify effects on confidence.
• Prepare SRA assumptions, results, and presentations for PMRs/EV reviews.
