Job summary

Vanthal Technologies, Inc. is seeking Production Technicians to support the assembly, configuration, inspection, and preparation of Group 1 unmanned aircraft systems at its Annapolis, Maryland site.

This full-time, on-site role requires following documented work instructions, using fixtures and tools, soldering and wiring, and performing in-process inspections to ensure quality. Prior aerospace experience is not required, just hands-on assembly skills.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow written and visual work instructions.
• Detail-oriented with steady hands for mechanical and electrical assembly.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and reliability in attendance.
• Willingness to work eight-hour on-site shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare components and materials for aircraft assembly
• Complete mechanical and electrical assembly operations
• Perform soldering, wiring, fastening, and component installation
• Follow documented work instructions and configuration requirements
• Conduct in-process inspections and record results
• Support aircraft configuration and functional checks
