Job summary

Chromalloy is seeking a Production Worker to support aerospace component manufacturing. You will use hand and power tools to prepare materials, support production processes, and help ensure safety, quality, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Shift is 3rd (11:00pm–7:00am) with a $2.00 shift differential. Training on 1st shift for 90 days is required before transitioning. This role is represented by Local 475 and includes comprehensive benefits and overtime eligibility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to follow work instructions and standardized processes.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and attendance.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Use hand, power, and machine tools to prepare, clean, and process molds, equipment, parts, assemblies, and machinery.
• Perform production tasks following standardized work instructions and established procedures.
• Cross‑train and support operations across multiple production areas.
• Follow all safety procedures and properly use required PPE.
• Maintain compliance with JSAs, SDS, and safety requirements.
• Support production goals in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
