Job summary

Chromalloy is seeking a Production Worker to support aerospace component manufacturing in a fast-paced environment. You will use hand tools, power tools, and equipment to prepare materials and assist production to quality standards.

This role requires a High School diploma, safety focus, and ability to work on a 3rd shift with union Local 475; starting rate $22.39/hr plus $2 shift differential; training on first shift for 90 days.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to follow work instructions and procedures.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and attendance.

Responsibilities

• Use hand, power, and machine tools to prepare, clean, and process molds, equipment, parts, assemblies, and machinery.
• Perform production tasks following standardized work instructions and procedures.
• Cross-train and support operations across multiple production areas.
• Follow all safety procedures and properly use PPE.
• Maintain compliance with JSAs and SDS and company safety requirements.
• Support production goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
