Job summary

Chromalloy is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing production teams and ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets are met. You will assign schedules, develop employees, and drive process improvements while maintaining strong customer commitments.

As a people leader, you’ll coach and develop staff, manage performance, and collaborate with multiple departments to sustain production goals in a fast-paced environment. This role is on-site in Phoenix.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience; leadership or supervisory background preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; able to lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities to meet safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity goals.
• Assign, prioritize, and execute daily and weekly production schedules.
• Coordinate with Production Control, Quality, Engineering, Planning, and other departments to meet customer commitments.
• Ensure materials, supplies, equipment, and staffing are available to support production plans.
• Train, coach, mentor, and develop employees to build capability and performance.
