Job summary

Canopy A&D is seeking a Production Assistant, Part Mark & Shipping in Ontario to drive shipping progress, maintain traveler accuracy, and support inventory control. You will log job activity, inspect parts per drawings, and package to customer specs, while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include ERP usage (JobBoss/Epicor), daily reporting, and ensuring quality and safety standards on the shop floor. Aerospace exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in manufacturing production control (job-shop environment).
• Ability to read blueprints and notes, use calipers or scales.
• Proficient in English communication (oral and written).
• Experience navigating ERP systems (JobBoss, Epicor) for shipping/inventory.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily shipping goals as defined by the supervisor.
• Verify travelers and ensure completion before work; expedite discrepancies.
• Log into ERP before jobs and log out after completion.
