Saint Cyr Partners is seeking a highly analytical Production Planner in Stafford, VA to turn customer demand, materials availability, ERP data, and capacity into executable schedules. This on-site role partners with manufacturing, procurement, inventory, engineering and quality to improve readiness and on-time delivery.

You will own schedules aligned with orders and forecasts, prepare dashboards, release work orders, monitor BOMs and capacity, and coordinate recovery plans with cross-functional

Formación

• 2+ years of production planning, MRP, and scheduling experience in an assembly-line operation.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel: pivot tables, lookups, formulas, and analysis of production and inventory data.
• ERP experience with strong understanding of MRP and production scheduling.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is a MUST.
• Experience in Aerospace/Defense or other highly regulated industries.
• Familiar with Power BI.

Responsabilidades

• Own production schedules aligned with customer orders, forecasts, inventory, material readiness, and capacity.
• Prepare dashboards and reports for production planning, capacity, procurement, and inventory decisions.
• Create, release, maintain, and monitor ERP manufacturing work orders and schedule attainment.
• Identify material shortages and coordinate recovery plans with Procurement, Inventory, Production, Engineering, and Quality.
• Maintain BOMs, routings, and planning parameters; monitor consumption, output, and order performance.
• Resolve cross-functional scheduling and production issues while adhering to planning and operational procedures.
