Job summary

JMJ Phillip Group in West Lafayette, IN seeks a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations, develop production teams, and drive safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.

You will collaborate with engineering, quality, and support teams to maintain efficient operations, support continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure attainment of production goals in a technical aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of supervisory or people leadership experience in aerospace.
• Experience in AS9100 or ISO-regulated environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with MES and ERP systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities and set clear production goals.
• Monitor performance and implement recovery plans to maintain schedules.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and support teams to ensure safety and quality.
• Drive continuous improvement and address operational issues with cross-functional teams.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and training of team members.
