You will lead production technicians, ensure safety and quality, manage daily operations, and coordinate with program management, engineering, and quality teams to keep the production plan on track. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and adapt to changing demands on the manufacturing floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 7+ years of related experience;
• Associate's with 5+ years;
• Bachelor's in Operations/Manufacturing/Engineering Tech with 3+ years of experience.
• Experience supervising personnel in manufacturing/technical environments.
• Experience executing production per controlled work instructions and technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily Case/Cartridge Preparation and Assembly operations safely and compliantly.
• Own daily/weekly production execution including personnel assignments and schedule attainment.
• Maintain work center readiness with trained personnel, materials, tooling, equipment, and documentation.
• Provide leadership and development to production technicians, including cross-training.
• Maintain strong floor presence, reinforce safety, quality, and process adherence.
• Monitor production flow, plan vs. actual, cycle time, and staffing; address risks.
• Elevate safety, quality, material, tooling, and schedule constraints before impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and ensure readiness.
• Support readiness reviews, rate ramp, capacity planning, and center development.
• Lead daily/weekly reviews to ensure status visibility and closure of actions.
• Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, throughput, and efficiency.
• Foster a culture of safety, integrity, accountability, teamwork, and ownership.
