Job summary

Consolidated Precision Products (CPP) seeks an Aerospace Manufacturing Supervisor / Production Leader to drive daily operations, safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

You will lead a hands-on manufacturing team, balance production targets with people development, and partner with Engineering and Quality to resolve challenges, reduce scrap, and improve throughput. This role offers a competitive salary and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years supervisory experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on manufacturing leadership experience.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and 5S/6S.
• Ability to coach and develop hourly employees and run effective meetings.
• Strong problem-solving and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to meet production schedules, throughput, delivery, quality, and cost objectives.
• Monitor KPIs to identify opportunities and drive measurable improvements.
• Manage resources, inventory, and labor to meet demand within budget.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions for improved workflow.
• Partner with Engineering and Quality to resolve technical challenges and ensure product conformance.
• Build proactive safety culture through daily stand-up meetings and safety talks.
• Develop and coach hourly employees; onboard and train new staff; mentor future leaders.
• Apply Lean methods to eliminate waste and drive continuous improvement.
