Qualifications

  • Typically requires a University Degree and 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • An Advanced Degree with 7+ years of relevant experience is also acceptable.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee development, implementation, and optimization of manufacturing processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve quality.
  • Collaborate with planning, quality, and operations for new product introductions and problem solving.
  • Guide innovation efforts for manufacturing capabilities and align with strategic goals.
  • Sustain Nadcap accreditation efforts for special processes.
