Job summary

Relativity Space is seeking a Production Coordinator/Expeditor to support the Terran R production line in Long Beach. You’ll monitor parts, kits, and builds on the manufacturing floor, and transact ERP/MES data to keep the schedule on track.

This second-shift role offers a 50-hour workweek with 10 hours of overtime and a 10% shift differential. Experience with ERP/MES/WMS, lifting up to 35 lbs, and strong Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Production Coordinator or Expeditor.
• 2+ years of experience with ERP, MES and/or WMS software.
• Able to lift up to 35 lbs unassisted.
• Strong computer skills; proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Flexible schedule and ability to work non-standard shifts, overtime, and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between different organizations to ensure components and assemblies flow smoothly through the production area while meeting timeline requirements.
• Exhibit ownership for monitoring and communicating the location and status of all hardware, kits, and builds on the manufacturing floor.
• Perform various ERP/MES transactions to systematically transact parts.
• Demonstrated experience self-prioritizing and executing autonomously in a dynamic environment.
• Actively seek information to understand work orders, kit requests and the needs of the internal customer.
• Work with Production/Material Planning to identify part shortages.
