Job summary

Astronics LSI in East Aurora, NY is seeking reliable, hands-on team players to join our production team. You’ll help assemble aerospace lighting and panels, following detailed work instructions and blueprints to ensure high-quality production.

We offer a 9/80 schedule (1st shift) with every other Friday off, full benefits, and a clean, climate-controlled facility. Prior manufacturing experience is helpful but not required; training is provided to get you started and keep production moving.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Great attention to detail, willingness to learn, follow instructions, and be part of a team.
• Use basic computer systems to track production and document work completed.

Responsibilities

• Operate tools and equipment to assemble aerospace lighting and panels.
• Follow detailed work instructions and blueprints to ensure high-quality production.
• Perform quality checks to meet aerospace standards.
• Work with a collaborative team to solve problems and keep production moving.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and help streamline processes.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
