Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Product Engineer-PDS for its Euclid, OH manufacturing facility. The role is full-time with a competitive annual salary range of $71,000 to $105,000 and eligibility for a variable incentive program.

Responsibilities include coordinating responses to technical inquiries, defining tasks for support staff, and interfacing with customers and internal teams to review fielded fuel pumps. Emphasis on Six Sigma principles and quality assurance.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and/or Aerospace Engineering from an accredited institution.
• This position requires access to export-controlled information and U.S. person status.
• No relocation; candidates must reside within 50 miles of Euclid, OH.
• Preferred Six Sigma (DMAIC) or DFSS certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate timely, cost-effective responses to customer inquiries for in-service products.
• Define tasks for support personnel and document conclusions and corrective actions.
• Interface with customers and internal teams to review fielded fuel pumps.
• Report technical program metrics per Eaton Aerospace Standards.
• Provide manufacturing cell support to ensure timely disposition of non-conforming hardware.
• Apply Design for Six Sigma principles in projects.
