Job summary

PPG is seeking a Senior Procurement Manager to lead strategic sourcing, contract management, and supplier development within the aerospace sector. You will drive cost reduction, supplier performance, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance while supporting government programs.

You will report to the Global Procurement Manager and collaborate with cross-functional teams across Engineering, Operations, Quality, Finance and Program Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related discipline is required.
• 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing and contract negotiations; aerospace experience is a plus.
• Strong background in supplier relationship management and supply chain risk mitigation.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies for aerospace materials, components, and commodities.
• Lead supplier qualification, second-source development, and supply-readiness initiatives.
• Manage domestic and international sourcing, outsourcing, and insourcing decisions.
• Negotiate long-term supplier agreements and strategic contracts; lead pricing analyses and business cases.
• Provide executive-level communications on supply chain risks and mitigation plans and participate in quarterly business reviews.
