Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical/electromechanical/mechanical/aerospace or related field with 5+ years in supply chain.
• Demonstrated negotiation skills with terms, value, and supplier management.
• Strong written and verbal communication to convey complex ideas.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform sourcing for flight grade and engineering components and ground support equipment.
• Conduct negotiations to secure favorable terms, price, and schedule.
• Perform source selection based on best value criteria.
• Prioritize program requirements and ensure they are executed.
• Interpret engineering data to facilitate communication with suppliers.
• Collaborate with Engineering Design on critical component features.
• Oversee supplier quality activities and relationships.
