You will use SAP and Ariba to drive procurement execution, manage supplier relations, and support multiple sites to meet demanding schedules.

Qualifications

• University degree with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience using SAP ERP systems.
• Experience using Ariba systems.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience coordinating supply chain activities across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Procure parts, tools, fixtures, and equipment for engineering labs.
• Support engineering proof-of-concept and prototypes.
• Manage procurement strategy ensuring compliance with policies.
• Serve as liaison between supply chain, engineering and program teams.
• Review materials and services for program requirements.
• Identify suppliers aligned to program objectives and ensure execution.
• Provide supply chain support across multiple sites for Avionics.
• Collaborate with procurement to prioritize material and supplier constraints.
• Analyze supply chain challenges and develop compliant solutions.
• Establish priorities to meet program timelines and deliverables.
• Engage internal and external stakeholders on cross-functional initiatives.
• Use SAP and Ariba to manage procurement execution.
