FEAM Aero in Erlanger, KY is seeking a Procurement Analyst to support procurement operations with spend analysis, supplier performance reporting, contract administration, market intelligence and process improvements.

The role partners with Procurement, Finance, Operations, Quality and suppliers to align activities with business goals and drive cost savings; requires a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years in procurement or analytics; must have strong Excel and Workday skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 3-5 years of procurement, supply chain, sourcing, or analytics experience.
• Advanced Excel and ERP/Workday proficiency.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze procurement reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Monitor supplier performance metrics and scorecards.
• Analyze spend data to identify savings opportunities and risks.
• Prepare executive-level reporting and recommendations.
• Maintain contract repository and monitor renewals and compliance.
• Support sourcing and RFP activities through data analysis and market research.
• Coordinate supplier onboarding and master data management in Workday.
• Identify process improvements and support procurement technology optimization.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, AP, and Quality teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
