The successful candidate will manage sourcing, negotiate contracts, and ensure supplier compliance. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields, along with 3–5 years of procurement experience, particularly in aerospace or industrial manufacturing, is essential. Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills are required. This role demands proficiency in ERP systems and a technical mindset in a quality-driven environment.
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in technical procurement, ideally in aerospace, automotive, or industrial manufacturing.
Strong ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
Experience negotiating technical and commercial contracts.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes (machining, composites, sheet metal).
Responsibilities
Source and purchase technical components, tooling, equipment, and services.
Analyze bills of materials (BOM) and technical documentation.
Identify, qualify, and manage suppliers according to standards.
Prepare and issue RFQs, analyze offers, and conduct negotiations.
Ensure supplier compliance with contractual and quality requirements.
Manage procurement data within ERP/MRP systems.
