Qualifications

• A degree in a business management discipline with 3-5 years experience preferably with mechanical and/or technical background in a manufacturing environment or equivalent.
• Emphasis on procurement policies and programs; strong background knowledge of aerospace vendors and products.
• Good oral and written communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Procure a wide variety of technical and non-technical parts, materials and supplies for operations and production on a timely basis.
• Review requisitions for accuracy and consult with requisitioning department; negotiate lead times, prices and delivery with vendors.
• Solicit and analyze quotations; approve purchase orders within authority; ensure compliance with regulations and trade practices.
