Job summary

Howmet Aerospace is seeking a Process Technician for on-site work in Brea, CA. The role offers 1st (4AM-2:30PM) and 2nd (2:30PM-1AM) shifts with potential Saturday OT. You will perform sand blasting, deburring, painting, plating, and parts cleaning while maintaining documentation and equipment as per specifications.

Candidates must be ITAR compliant, able to read and follow English instructions, and maintain accurate processing records in a safe, organized workspace.

Qualifications

• ITAR compliance is required for this role.
• Ability to read, write, and follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Experience with deburring, de-oiling and dry blast methods is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform sand blasting, deburring, and parts cleaning.
• Carry out painting and plating tasks as directed.
• Set up and adjust equipment according to specifications.
• Maintain accurate parts counts and router data.
• Complete certification documents and travelers.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and record processing data.
