Job summary

Summit Employment Professionals is seeking a Methods Engineer located in Wichita, KS to support aerospace manufacturing processes. The role involves creating and updating shop floor work instructions, assisting with process planning changes, and ensuring accurate interpretation of drawings and specifications.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in methods engineering or relevant aerospace experience, with a Technical Certificate preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of methods engineering experience or relevant aerospace experience.
• Technical Certificate preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with aerospace paint, chemical processing & NDT methods preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating shop floor work instructions.
• Support process planning changes and new planning.
• Update existing planning as required.
• Coordinate with production teams on work orders.
