Job summary

Spectrum Control, Inc. is looking for a Process Engineer in Delmar, Wisconsin. This role serves as a technical interface among Design Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality. You will support New Product Introduction (NPI), develop manufacturing processes, improve productivity, and ensure smooth transitions into production.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in a technical field and have 3-10 years of experience in high-reliability manufacturing, preferably in aerospace or defense. Collaboration and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of experience in high-reliability manufacturing environments.
• Experience with IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, AS9100.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Support NPI by developing manufacturing processes and work instructions.
• Analyze manufacturing data to improve process capability and reliability.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency.
