Job summary

H.B. Fuller in Charlotte, NC seeks a Process Engineer to support the Aerospace Manufacturing Center of Excellence.

You will lead initiatives to improve safety, quality, productivity, reliability, and cost across bulk manufacturing and packaging operations. Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will drive process improvements, support capital projects, and ensure compliant, scalable manufacturing in a highly regulated aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical, mechanical, or industrial engineering.
• 3+ years of engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Experience supporting process improvement and manufacturing optimization.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for bulk manufacturing, packaging, and supporting production processes.
• Analyze performance to improve throughput, yield, cycle time, quality, and OEE.
• Lead root cause investigations for process deviations.
• Develop sustainable solutions to improve process capability and reliability.
• Support production scheduling and capacity planning through process analysis.
