Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
• 3+ years of engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Experience driving process improvement and optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication across organization levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for bulk manufacturing, material handling, packaging, and production processes.
• Analyze performance to improve throughput, yield, cycle time, quality, and OEE.
• Lead troubleshooting for process deviations and equipment issues.
• Develop sustainable solutions to improve process capability and reliability.
• Support scheduling and capacity planning through process analysis.
