You will oversee Process Owners, define KPIs, and ensure AS9100/NADCAP compliance while pushing standardization and reducing variability. This role emphasizes data-driven improvement, SPC implementation, capex project support, and Lean Six Sigma methods to cut scrap, improve quality, and reduce costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing.
• 1+ year of leadership experience.
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Process Owners for manufacturing processes in investment casting areas.
• Define short and long term goals for each process (Hoshin) for compliance and cost reduction.
• Set KPIs for Process Owners and track progress against productivity and quality goals.
• Define KOVs and KIVs and drive improvement to reduce scrap and rework.
• Grow use of data science and AI for process control.
• Act as authority for process control ensuring AS9100/NADCAP compliance.
• Implement SPC and real-time monitoring for stability.
• Drive scrap/rework reduction and cost improvements through Lean Six Sigma.
