Job summary

Howmet seeks a Process Control Leader to drive excellence across our investment casting manufacturing processes. You will oversee Process Owners, ensure AS9100/NADCAP compliance, and lead data-driven improvements using SPC and real-time monitoring.

You will define process control strategies, set KPIs, and drive standardization to reduce scrap and rework while supporting capex projects and lean initiatives in a high-pressure environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience.
• 1+ year of leadership experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Process Owners across multiple manufacturing steps.
• Define short- and long-term goals (Hoshin) for each process.
• Set KPIs and track progress toward productivity and quality goals.
• Define KOVs and KIVs; drive scrap and rework reduction.
• Lead capex projects from concept to production release.
• Drive Lean Six Sigma initiatives to reduce cost and cycle time.
