Responsibilities include quoting, NC programming with Mastercam or UG NX, and creating blueprints and setup sheets. Requires a BS or 5+ years of experience, GD&T expertise, and strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years related experience, or equivalent.
• Proficiency with GD&T, technical drawings, and NC programming using Mastercam or UG NX.
• Broad knowledge of machine tools and their capabilities for routing precision components.

Responsibilities

• Determine manufacturing methods, planning, fixturing, materials, and vendor roles.
• Provide detailed quotes for precision-machined components.
• Take hands-on role in development projects alongside production.
• Provide process engineering support with detailed instructions and feedback.
• Input routing data to calculate operation times and document procedures.
• Use CAD NX to sketch blueprints, sheets, fixtures; develop fixtures and processes.
• Program NC toolpaths using Mastercam or UG NX; multi-task across priorities.
