Qualifications

• At least three years electronics test experience, preferably with high‑voltage power supplies, plus an associated degree or equivalent.
• Experience using digital oscilloscopes, digital meters, current amplifiers and probes, differential probes, and thermal chambers.
• Ability to follow schematics, drawings, specs, data sheets, wiring diagrams, and verbal/written instructions.
• Thorough knowledge of safety practices for high voltage equipment.
• Strong communication skills to report troubleshooting findings and unit status.
• Ability to lift items weighing over 50 lbs and assist in moving test bays.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate specialized and commercial test equipment to perform manual and automated tests on space‑qualified power control units.
• Troubleshoot hardware to component level and conduct wire/component checks.
• Support test anomaly investigations as needed.
• Manage test data collection, evaluation, and documentation.
• Assist engineering with test equipment design, procurement, build, and checkout; review test procedures.
