Job summary

Bell Textron Inc. in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Plater to join our manufacturing team. You will plate a range of parts with metals like zinc, chromium, cadmium and copper, ensuring precise thickness and uniform coverage.

You will prepare plating solutions, add chemicals to maintain balance, and position parts in tanks for timed operations including pickling and stripping. ITAR compliance is required and the position is on second shift.

Qualifications

• Six months experience blasting, plating or chemical applications.
• ITAR and EAR compliance knowledge may be required.
• U.S. person status under ITAR regulations.

Responsibilities

• Plate a wide variety of parts with plating metals such as zinc, chromium, cadmium and copper.
• Prepare and balance plating solutions by adding necessary chemicals.
• Wires up and positions parts in tanks and times plating to achieve desired thickness.
• Follow ITAR requirements and maintain safety standards.
