Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in plasma spraying, aerospace environment preferred.
• Familiarity with Plasma and Oxy/Fuel Thermal Spray (Oerlikon 9MC).
• Strong mathematical skills.
• Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and technical documents.
• Attention to detail and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, set up, and spray parts to meet production requirements.
• Mask and/or grit blast parts as preparation for coating.
• Interpret work orders, manuals, and blueprints for operation sequence.
• Assist Engineering to develop plasma spray programs and parameters.
