Job summary

Hytek Finishes in Kent, WA, seeks a Planner Scheduler to transform customer purchase orders and engineering documents into clear, accurate production plans for a 24/7 aerospace manufacturing facility.

You will develop and maintain schedules, verify order accuracy, and build production plans within our Syteline ERP system to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with aerospace standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year experience in a production or quality-related environment.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Syteline.
• Strong math, spelling, and proofreading abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and ability to interpret orders.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming customer purchase orders for accuracy and required documentation.
• Create internal work orders and production plans in Syteline ERP.
• Develop and maintain operational schedules to support production capacity and deadlines.
• Enter international orders into the Trade Compliance OCR system with accuracy.
• Communicate with internal teams and customers to resolve order or documentation issues.
• Cross-train as a Certification Technician to meet aerospace quality requirements.
• Support teamwork, problem solving, and continuous improvement.
