Job summary

LMR Technical Group is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at Nellis AFB, Nevada. You will support USAF fighter squadrons as an embedded asset under OHWS, focusing on optimizing physical readiness and long-term health of aircrew through MSK injury management, especially neck and back issues from flight demands.

You will collaborate within a multidisciplinary team on injury prevention, performance enhancement, and rehabilitation, while adhering to DHA/DoD/MTF protocols and maintaining

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy from CAPTE-accredited program.
• 3+ years' experience as a PT in military or high-performance environments with recency within the last 2 years.
• Current CPR/AED certification from AHA or Red Cross.
• Current Secret security clearance (T3) or ability to obtain prior to start date.
• Must be a U.S. citizen to obtain Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct MSK Evaluations and Interventions.
• Design, Implement, and monitor injury prevention and rehabilitation programs.
• Order Imaging, Labs, and Specialist consultations as needed.
• Documentation of work performed in approved electronic record systems.
• Educate Aircrew and leadership on injury prevention and recovery strategies.
• Comply with all DHA, DoD, and MTF protocols.
• Other related duties as assigned.
