Job summary

PROLIM Corporation is seeking an Aerospace Engineer to support aircraft performance, operational systems, and airport/runway surveillance. The role emphasizes maintaining performance data, supporting deployment, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance across operations.

You will interact with engineering, IT, operational, and commercial teams to develop and refine policies and processes that maximize aircraft performance while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required; Aeronautical or Aerospace Engineering strongly preferred.
• Experience with aircraft performance, aviation operations, airport/runway environments, or related aerospace engineering activities.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering documentation.
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and reporting activities simultaneously.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with engineering, IT, operational, and commercial teams.
• Strong understanding of safety and regulatory requirements in an aviation environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct surveillance of airports, runways, and surrounding areas related to aircraft performance.
• Update and maintain aircraft performance data and operational systems to support operational integrity and maximize aircraft performance.
• Provide operational data, technical support, and guidance to operational, IT, and commercial teams.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance policies, procedures, and processes supporting technical and operational activities.
• Ensure processes comply with applicable safety and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and maintain detailed engineering documentation and technical reports.
• Manage multiple projects, tasks, and reporting requirements while meeting deadlines.
• Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and other engineering information.
• Apply systems-level thinking to identify operational and performance requirements.
• Promote and follow safety-conscious behaviors across all operational activities.
