Job summary

Pratt & Whitney is seeking a Parts Inventory Specialist to manage non-product parts inventory in a high-traffic maintenance crib. You will cycle count, retrieve parts, receive deliveries, and maintain accurate records onsite in Midland, GA.

The role requires standing, walking, repetitive motions, and lifting up to 25 lbs, with a weekend night shift from Friday to Sunday, 7:00 pm–7:00 am. You will be the gatekeeper ensuring secure, organized inventory and collaboration with maintenance and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer skills and experience with inventory management software preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Retrieve requested parts for maintenance personnel timely.
• Receive parts deliveries, verify accuracy, and store correctly.
• Maintain up-to-date records of all transactions and receipts.
• Ensure parts are stored in a clean, organized, and safe manner.
• Monitor inventory levels and notify when reordering is needed.
• Serve as gatekeeper for the non-product parts crib and control access.
• Assist in keeping the parts crib clean and functional.
• Collaborate with maintenance and procurement teams on inventory needs.
• Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, repetitive motions, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
