Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in aerospace/manufacturing quality inspection preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Must be able to pass background checks for government travel.

Responsibilities

• Fold, rig, and pack parachutes in accordance with SpaceX policies.
• Inspect and document non-conformances; support improvements to procedures.
• Perform in-process and final inspections of parachutes and soft goods.
• Validate incoming parts to drawings and specs; create quality records.
• Maintain calibrated equipment and coordinate re-calibration.
