Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and specifications.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare parts for painting including cleaning, sanding, masking, and surface prep.
• Apply primers, paints, and coatings using spray equipment per specifications.
• Follow engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Mix paints per manufacturer requirements and inspect finished surfaces.
• Perform touch-ups and rework as needed and maintain equipment and work areas.
