Job summary

TEL Staffing & HR is seeking an Aerospace Painter for a full-time, on-site role based in Pensacola, FL. You will prepare surfaces, mask components, and apply primers and topcoats to aerospace parts, ensuring proper curing and finish quality.

You will inspect finished work, perform touch-ups, and document procedures in line with safety and quality standards. Collaboration with production, quality, and engineering teams is essential to maintain high workmanship and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience with aerospace or industrial painting processes, including surface preparation, masking, and application of primers and topcoats.
• Knowledge of spray equipment operation, basic maintenance of painting tools, and safe handling of paints, solvents, and related materials.
• Understanding of technical drawings, work instructions, and specifications, with attention to detail and quality standards.
• Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations, including the use of PPE and safe work practices in a paint shop environment.
• Ability to work on-site full time in Pensacola, FL, including standing for extended periods and handling physically demanding tasks.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with production, quality, and engineering colleagues.
• Prior experience in aerospace manufacturing, MRO, or a similar precision industry is highly beneficial.
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in industrial or aerospace painting is an advantage.

Responsibilities
