Qualifications

Previous experience in paint is a plus, preferably in aerospace.
Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and ability to read/interpret technical drawings and specifications.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

Clean, sand, and mask aerospace components to prepare them for painting.
Assist in mixing paints and coatings according to formulas and instructions.
Maintain painting equipment and tools, ensuring they are clean and in good condition.
Maintain accurate records of painting processes, including materials used and time spent on each task.
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment, including handling and disposal of hazardous materials.
