Hytek Finishes Co. in Kent, WA is seeking an Aerospace Paint 10/85 Dri-Lube Masker to apply maskants to parts for paint prep.

This full-time, non-exempt role operates on the 3rd shift with training on the 1st shift, and requires dependable attendance and ability to work onsite. You will work with maskers, painters and leads, follow customer POs and tech cards, prepare parts, and ensure safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Dependable attendance and consistent work record.
• Ability to read and write English clearly.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. An export license may be required for certain areas.
• 1–2 years in a manufacturing environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Maskers, Painters, and Leads to complete tasks.
• Follow purchase orders, traveler and tech cards instructions.
• Prepare parts prior to operations and apply maskants as specified.
• Ensure pre/post cleaning and follow quality and safety requirements.
• Assist in other areas within the value stream as assigned.
