Job summary

Hytek Finishes Co. in Kent, WA is seeking an Aerospace Packager for third shift. You will package parts, follow defect-free procedures, and ensure on-time delivery while adhering to Military and OEM specs. Training on first shift is also provided.

The role requires reliable attendance, English communication skills, and legal eligibility to work in the U.S.; forklift experience and QA awareness are a plus. Benefit-rich, including health, 401(k) and paid time off, with a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• Must have a regular and dependable attendance record.
• Ability to Read/Write/Communicate in English with other employees, customers, and auditors.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. An export license may be required in all areas of the facility.

Responsibilities

• Work with experienced Packagers to complete work and prioritize on-time delivery.
• Follow technique cards, POs and drawings; inspect as directed.
• Perform Part Mark activities as required.
• Develop and understand technique cards; sign off on completed work.
• Review paperwork and self-verify inspections; notify supervisor if errors.
• Operate forklift as needed; follow safety and QA procedures.
• Support continuous improvement and Kaizen activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
