You will oversee operational activities across aerospace programs to meet quality, delivery, cost and schedule commitments. You will serve as the primary liaison among IPTs—Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality—and drive recovery, expediting, risk mitigation, and capacity planning to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 2-5+ years of experience in Program/Operations/Supply Chain within manufacturing.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to meet delivery, cost, quality and schedule goals.
• Experience managing performance, schedules, shortages, and customer commitments.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, planning, inventory and supply chain processes.
• Ability to identify and resolve roadblocks impacting production flow.
• Proven ability to drive accountability in a matrixed environment.
• Excellent communication, analytic, and project management skills.
• ITAR: U.S. person status required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Operations focal point across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Planning, Quality and Customer Service.
• Act as liaison between HPWT and customers; align priorities, schedules and risks.
• Lead daily/weekly program reviews to identify schedule risks and shortages.
• Remove roadblocks to production flow and timely deliveries.
• Expedite critical components and coordinate with suppliers to resolve shortages.
• Partner with Supply Chain/Planning to prioritize constrained resources based on commitments.
• Lead escalation for material issues, quality escapes, and engineering changes.
• Monitor hardware status from receipt to shipment and ensure timely movement.
• Develop recovery plans for delinquent orders and changing customer demands.
• Facilitate executive discussions on production risks and mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate changes (ECOs/MCOs) with minimal disruption to production.
• Support contract reviews, readiness reviews, and strategic planning.
