Job summary

PPG is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of its aerospace sealants manufacturing facility in Mojave, California. This role includes managing production processes, ensuring safety and quality standards, and leading cross-functional teams for operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of manufacturing experience, 5 years in a leadership role, and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Operations Management. Qualifications

• 10+ years of manufacturing operations experience required.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt certification preferred.
• Experience with chemical or aerospace materials manufacturing.
