Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in manufacturing, preferably operating tumbler or finishing equipment.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate and troubleshoot machinery.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment, including lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods.
• Basic math skills and the ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical documents.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate nut tumbler machines to clean, polish, and deburr metal nuts according to production specifications.
• Load and unload tumblers, ensuring proper placement of parts and materials.
• Monitor tumbler operations, making necessary adjustments to maintain optimal performance.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality and safety standards, using precision measuring tools as needed.
• Maintain and clean equipment, perform routine maintenance and reporting any mechanical issues to the maintenance team.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Accurately complete production reports and maintain records of completed work.
• Collaborate with quality control and other departments to address any production issues or non-conformances.
