Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. in Kent, WA is seeking entry-level Trainee for the NDT department to learn non-inspection support tasks and gain on-the-job training toward becoming an NDT Inspector.

Trainees work under Level II/III supervision, performing racking, masking, cleaning and documentation while adhering to safety and quality standards. Candidates should be self-disciplined, detail-oriented, and able to adapt in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and follow written procedures.
• No prior NDT experience required; training provided.
• Good communication and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Review work instructions for racking, cleaning, masking.
• Perform receiving inspections as needed.
• Gathers supplies (racks, tooling, baskets, carts).
• Masking and racking of production parts.
• Maintain clean work area and follow safety policies.
• Complete documentation and package parts.
